Website enquiries
For an enquiry we process the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide, together with dates, guest numbers or event information when supplied. We use these details to reply and take the steps you request before a possible booking or contract. Providing data is voluntary; we cannot reply without the necessary contact details. Form data is not used for unsolicited marketing.
Bookings and grounds for processing
Online bookings are made through Clock. Data is processed to take steps at your request before a contract, fulfil a booking and meet applicable legal obligations for guest registration and accounting. Technical request data may be processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the website secure and preventing misuse. Where a particular activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
Providers and external services
Necessary data is accessible to authorised hotel staff and the providers supporting the relevant function: Cloudflare for the website, Clock for online bookings, email services and Google Maps for maps. External services also process technical information under their own terms. Applicable data-protection safeguards apply where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
For enquiries without a booking, retention depends on the time needed to reply, conduct follow-up correspondence and resolve questions arising.
